Free shipping Canada-wide on orders $150 before tax ($100 for Ontario and Quebec), bikes excluded.

Free shipping on eligible regular priced bikes over $2999 in Canada.

For Cervélo and Santa Cruz bikes, contact us for delivery arrangements. We prefer to ship these bikes to a bike shop to ensure proper assembly.

Flat rate $200 shipping for bikes on sale/reduced price within Canada.

Free shipping to the USA on orders $499 before tax, bikes excluded.

Your order will be shipped as quickly as possible and you will be supplied a tracking number.

Returns: If you are unsatisfied with an item, please contact to store to set up a return. The limit for returns 30 days from order the order shipping, no exceptions. The customer will pay for returning shipping. The customer will be refunded the full or partial amount of the product returned, depending on the state of the product once it has arrived in store.

All items purchased from the Clearance section or a reduced price, or using a promo code at checkout, are final sale. No refunds, no exchanges. No returns on shipped bikes.
